About Us

Our love of Texas BBQ and quality craft beers led us to the discovery of our first Yoder Smoker and a love of hosting events for friends, colleagues and family.  From there, we have grown to cater for private and public events as well as incorporating our unique style by serving our decadent low and slow cooked meats from our fleet of carefully restored ex-Military Vehicles. The result is an interactive experience with some of Australia’s Military History and delivery of amazing local produce with a nod to our founder, Mark’s past.
